Strategic Solutions Engineer

A company is looking for a Strategic Solutions Engineer, East.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a consultative partner to customers to map business objectives to AI-driven solutions

Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer systems and design tailored solutions

Own the technical design and delivery of proof-of-value engagements and build business case models

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, with 1-3 years in pre-sales or solutions engineering

Deep knowledge of contact center solutions and telephony architecture

Strong understanding of AI / ML technologies, particularly large and small language models

Experience with real-time systems and CRM tools

Consultative mindset with a track record of leading strategic conversations and influencing stakeholders
