CAD Designer
Come work for a leading provider of cryogenic pumps, heat exchangers, process systems, services, and solutions for the LNG and industrial gases industry. Our applications include fueling stations, marine engines, peak shaving, power generation, virtual pipelines, and well stimulation.
The CAD Designer is responsible for creating detailed assembly drawings, bill of materials, selecting materials based on project specifications and choosing appropriate weld details per ASME specifications.
Responsibilities
- Create detailed drawings of piping and tubing assemblies complying with ASME B31.3 requirements.
- Create detailed drawings of Pressure Vessels complying with ASME pressure vessel code Section VIII.
- Create detailed drawings of Steel frame weldments for equipment skids and cold box frames.
- Create detailed drawings of machined parts.
- Select parts and materials to be used in the above drawing assembly types to create Bill of Materials for procurement.
- Interact with project engineers, sales engineers, purchasing department, and manufacturing departments in the sold vaporizer systems.
- Collaborate with the customers on drawing submittals and requested information.
