Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Work Dates Needed : ASAP-12 / 31 / 2025

Preferred Schedule : Monday-Thursday. No weekends or holidays

Worksite Setting : Outpatient Employee Health clinic

Scope of Work : annual exams, medication refills, labs, EKG, acute care visits, physicals, testing, 2-3 patients per hour. Patient population- 18+, CMA support

Licenses, Certifications, Requirements : Active KY license, BLS and DEA. Must be Board Certified. Medical Dispensary preferred
