Join a well established single specialty group of 3 vascular surgeons serving North New Jersey. The practice was established over 20 years ago and is well respected in the community for providing a high level of expertise and comprehensive care. The group currently provides a full spectrum of endovascular, open, and hybrid procedures.

We are seeking a vascular surgeon that is looking for an opportunity to build on our current success and perform a full range of vascular procedures. One of the highlights of the job would be to join an experienced team committed to helping a young surgeon grow a practice with mentorship and support. The group has a strong commitment to teamwork. We utilize the strengths of the group to enhance clinical outcomes and improve the skills of its members. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in maintaining a high standard of clinical practice.

The surgeon would have access to state of the art technology and equipment. The hospital system has a general surgery residency and there is opportunity for teaching and research.

The practice is located in a desirable location 20 miles from Manhattan with several surrounding towns offering blue ribbon schools, mass transit into NYC, and close proximity to outdoor activities (beach, hiking, skiing, etc).

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures related to vascular diseases, including endovascular and open surgeries.
• Consult with patients to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Manage both inpatient and outpatient care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and support staff.
• Participate in on-call rotations and emergency care as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Stay current with advancements in vascular surgery techniques and technologies.
• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding vascular health.
