Local law firm looking for experienced paralegal. Desired position is a real estate closing paralegal; however, additional consideration will be given to experienced paralegals in the fields of estate planning, personal injury, worker’s compensation, and probate law.

This is a direct hire, full-time position based in either our Sumter or Columbia office. The hours are Monday through Thursday 8 : 30am to 5 : 30pm, and 8 : 30am to 5 : 00pm on Fridays. Salary commensurate with experience.

Qualifications :

• Paralegal with relevant experience in real estate or litigation, or a combination of experience in the following areas : estate planning, personal injury, worker’s compensation, and probate law.
• Proficient in reviewing titles, preparing commitments, preparing closing documents with lenders, and coordinating closings.
• Proficiency in Qualia, MyCase, and Microsoft Office suite
