THE POSITION

DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this position, you will work with our dietary management team to provide a seamless flow of patient meal production and service. Your work will involve assisting with the assembly of the tray line for meals, completing cleaning assignments, and disposing of garbage. You will often work in hot, cold, or uncomfortable conditions. Some of your duties will include portioning food, grilling food items, and packing various nourishments in-between mealtimes. You will also deliver meal trays, move heavy items, and follow safe food handling procedures. Additionally, you will unload food and supply trucks, then transport food and supplies to the kitchen,

Work Schedule and Additional Information :

• Full-time employment
• Work hours are 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM, rotating days off, with a 30-minute lunch. You will be required to work weekends and holidays as assigned, with on scheduled weekend off per month. You will also be required to work the 12 : 00 PM to 8 : 30 PM shift as needed. This may change based on operational needs.
