Prep Cook Job Duties and Expectations

You'll be measuring, mixing, weighing, and preparing dough using a dough mixer and dough rounder, as well as shredding and preparing cheese. There may be some smaller items to prep on occasion, like sauces and herbs, but for the most part, it's dough and cheese! You'll also keep the prep area clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Prep Cook Scheduling

Shifts are scheduled starting at 8am and are scheduled to end between 2-6pm, depending on the sales forecasts for the day. Weekend availability is highly preferred.

We'll work hard to find a schedule that works well for you and for the business. We can't promise the same schedule or the same number of hours every week!
