Volunteer Selection Specialist

A company is looking for a Part-Time Volunteer Selection Specialist to conduct interviews and review applications for volunteer roles.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct interviews and review applications for Leadership Coach and Professional Mentor volunteer roles

Make selection recommendations based on established rubrics and update Salesforce records

Assist with administrative duties related to volunteer selection and respond to inquiries from staff

Required Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience with hiring, interviewing, and / or recruiting

Strong judgment and ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Experience with legal and professional interview note-taking

Familiarity with Salesforce and Google Suite

Authorized to work in the U.S
