Main responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end terminal and pipeline operations, including nominations, scheduling, volume reconciliation, and documentation.
• Interface with terminals, pipeline operators, inspection companies, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Provide coverage across desks during team absences, maintaining continuity and operational integrity.
• Monitor and report operational risks, delays, and discrepancies, escalating as needed.
• Maintain accurate records in trade capture systems to reflect physical movements and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with traders, schedulers and commercial teams to align logistics with business objectives.
• Provide cost estimation (inspection, freight, freight differentials, all shipping related costs and demurrage etc.)
• Analyse and confirm commodity invoices and all service related invoices (inspection, freight etc.)
• Storage management of inventory for daily and month end requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in crude oil operations, preferably in a trading environment.
• Strong understanding of U.S. pipeline infrastructure and terminal operations.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency and experience in trade capture systems and Microsoft Excel.
