Job descriptionActive and current licensure as a Licensed Independent Mental Health Provider (LIMHP, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.) in [Insert State]. At least [insert number] years of experience in mental health counseling or therapy. Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities. Ability to work independently and effectively manage a caseload. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Compassionate, empathetic, and client-centered approach to treatment. Ability to work with a diverse population and a variety of mental health concerns. Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based techniques. Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans. Offer crisis intervention and provide support during critical situations. Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of patient records in accordance with ethical and legal standards. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best care for clients. Provide referrals to other services as needed, including social services, psychiatric care, and community resources. Educate clients and families on mental health conditions and treatment options. Participate in regular professional development and training to maintain licensure and knowledge of new therapeutic practices.
