User Experience Designer

A company is looking for a User Experience Designer II - IV.

Key Responsibilities :

Creates intuitive and accessible customer journeys through design deliverables like wireframes and mockups

Collaborates with business and agile teams to gather requirements and conducts usability research

Mentors junior designers and influences product roadmap with design strategy

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in a relevant design or technology field

Experience ranging from 3 to 7 years as a User Experience Designer, depending on the level

Proficiency in design thinking methods and tools such as Figma

Knowledge of the software design lifecycle and agile methodologies

Understanding of accessible design principles and WCAG guidelines
