Field Marketing Specialist Chicago (On-site)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and measure marketing plans that support sales objectives, including store events, community events, and experiential activations within their designated region.
• Study local markets, create regional playbooks, and conduct competitive shopping research to stay up-to-date on trends and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Plan and ensure flawless execution of all field marketing initiatives within their region.
• Manage local marketing budgets and timelines.
• Monitor and analyze initiative performance, reporting results to the management team.
• Demonstrate Ashley's Core and Growth Values in job performance.
• Some travel required

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Required.
• Field Marketing experience, Preferred.
• Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience, Required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Work independently and in a team environment.
• Document management system.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Working knowledge of Continuous Improvement.
