What You'll Do :
- Make and receive calls to assist members who have requested benefit information
- Book and manage appointments for virtual consultations
- Deliver tailored benefits presentations to members via video conferencing
- Use basic computer applications to complete administrative tasks and client paperwork
- Ensure quality control by reviewing completed applications and documentation
- Engage in professional development and leadership training sessions
