Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Approaches : Recognize individual patient needs and design personalized therapy plans to support them in accomplishing their functional objectives.
• Implement Therapeutic Practices : Apply evidence-based modalities to foster improvements in patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and everyday living tasks.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams : Work in close partnership with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Educate Patients and Families : Provide training to patients and caregivers on therapy techniques to facilitate sustained progress at home.
• Track and Report Progress : Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure consistent advancement towards their goals.
