A company is looking for a Construction Counsel to work part-time on a remote basis for a 6-month term.
Key Responsibilities
- Support office expansion projects, including new floor build-outs and temporary space
- Review and negotiate construction and design contracts, particularly AIA contracts
- Provide legal guidance on commercial real estate matters
