Job Title :  Administrative-Accounting Assistant

Location : Tomball, TX

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM (30-minute lunch break)

Pay Rate : $18 / Hour DOE

Overview : We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative-Accounting Assistant to support our Senior Accountant with day-to-day financial operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys working with numbers and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist the Senior Accountant with reporting, meeting deadlines, and general accounting tasks
• Handle accounts payable and receivable functions
• Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare invoices and financial reports using spreadsheets
• Utilize QuickBooks Online or Desktop for data entry and financial tracking
