Job Description :

Seeking individuals who bring the right mix of passion, technical expertise, and innovation to help us grow and deliver our industry-leading cybersecurity risk management program. This role is critical in managing the program, including leading remediation of security risks across our network. It offers opportunities for collaboration across functional boundaries by leading and coordinating security initiatives company-wide. Advanced presentation and communication skills will be developed, including the creation of cutting-edge risk reporting methods.

  • Integration and coordination with other critical business areas such as privacy and governance
  • Evolution of security risk register tools and processes
  • Risk management expertise :
  • Oversight of all security risk management activities
  • End-to-end lifecycle management of security risks
  • Project and program management of risk remediation initiatives
  • Support for roadmapping and prioritization of security solutions
  • Advanced Communication :
  • Tracking and reporting risks to meet business needs
  • Leading security remediation activities across technical and non-technical teams
  • Engaging with leadership to communicate risks, drive action, and expand awareness

Essential Functions :

  • Coordinate logistics between Information Security and other groups by creating detailed, integrated cross-functional delivery plans for projects and BAU activities.
  • Ensure quality of end products by addressing security architecture opportunities and concerns throughout the project lifecycle, identifying high-level gaps and issues.
  • Identify and communicate risks related to components or applications, leveraging knowledge across multiple security and IT domains to facilitate results.
  • Resolve technical issues during project lifecycle or BAU activities.
  • Provide leadership with project updates.
  • Develop and present executive summaries of technical deliverables, risks, and decisions to management and program leadership.
  • Collaborate with project managers and lead infrastructure or application project teams.
