Senior Marketing Specialist
Position Summary : The Senior Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the marketing by managing incoming project requests, overseeing marketing inquiries, and ensuring timely execution and coordination across teams. This position also serves as a key liaison for compliance-related reporting, particularly in response to audit requests and regulatory documentation. In addition to project oversight, the Senior Marketing Specialist will receive training in marketing compliance standards specific to the mortgage industry. The role includes reviewing and approving marketing materials, loan originator websites, and advertising campaigns to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and adherence to federal and state regulatory guidelines. This position requires a detail-oriented and proactive professional with a strong understanding of both marketing operations and the regulatory landscape in mortgage banking.
