Job description
  • Expect to split time 30 / 70 between Hematology and Medical Oncology
  • After hour calls are by phone only and are very minimal.
  • Practice is attached to the hospital
  • Currently sees an average of 30 patients per day - patient population is adult and geriatric
  • New patient visits are allocated 30 minutes and follow-up patients 15 minutes.
  • Not accepting Locums candidates
  • Not accepting visa candidates
  • Cannot accept providers who have any malpractice cases that are in Probate or that require supervision. Clean malpractice is preferred.

    • ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.

    • Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Medical Oncology - REQUIRED
    • Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Hematology - REQUIRED
    • IA license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
    • Clean Malpractice - PREFERRED
    • Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B? (note in 'Additional Submission Details' field) - REQUIRED
