About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Profession : Nursing

Specialty : Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Day

Hours per Shift : 10 hours (07 : 00 - 17 : 00)

Experience : 1 year of Perioperative experience required

License : Pending license accepted with submission, must be in-hand prior to start

Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS

Must-Have : Floating required, Call required, Weekend coverage required

Description : Locals are allowed.

First-time travelers are accepted.

The electronic medical record system used is EPIC.

Block scheduling may be discussed during the interview.

Start date is as soon as possible.

Weekends may be required in rotation, approximately every third weekend.

Call duties will be discussed in the interview.

Floating may be required as needed within the scope of practice.

Medical or religious exemptions and declinations are allowed for the flu vaccine.

Modules are required and must be completed during orientation and while on assignment, varying by specialty.

Modules completed within the first 16 hours of orientation will be non-billable.

Modules completed after the first 16 hours of orientation will be billable.
