Field Engineer / Foreman – Edgefield, SC

We're working with a well-established general contractor based in Greenville, SC that's known for integrity, craftsmanship, and long-term relationships. They're looking to add a Field Engineer / Foreman who would immediately support a commercial construction project in Edgefield, SC

About the Role :

This position is ideal for someone who's disciplined, reliable, and takes pride in running an efficient, professional jobsite. You'll be the first one on site each morning, coordinating with project leadership, and leading the crews through the day's work.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day field operations on an active commercial construction site
• Coordinate trade partners and crews to keep work moving safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
• Communicate daily with the Project Superintendent on progress, needs, and next steps
• Lead by example — set the tone for quality, discipline, and teamwork
