This position could sit in Austin, San Antonio, or Houston.

Responsibilities

  • Work in partnership and collaboration with the Texas Capital Private Wealth team to position and deliver estate planning concepts and strategies with both internal and external clients
  • Work in conjunction with the Texas Capital Financial Planning team to provide appropriate solutions to the end client
  • Consult with clients and prospects about their estate planning, philanthropic goals, business succession goals and guide them through the execution of these processes
  • Coordinate the engagement of Texas Capital Private Wealth clients along with their outside tax, estate planning, legal, and other trusted advisors
  • Promote all aspects of Texas Capital Private Wealth with outsider professional, estate planning, and charitable organizations
  • Support the Texas Capital Private Wealth Trust Department in reviewing of documents surrounding Trust and Estate Administration
  • Provide referrals to other departments within Texas Capital Private Wealth
  • Possess effective communication to both internal and external clients
  • Basic Insurance Solution knowledge and be able to articulate that to clients and prospects

Qualifications

  • JD required
  • 10+ years of similar experience in providing sophisticated estate planning matters required
  • Public speaking experience on estate planning topics strongly preferred
