• Cennox is looking for a Vice President – Service Solutions Architect to join our team as a senior leader responsible for developing and implementing robust service solutions for our diverse client services portfolio.
• The role will report directly to the Chief Service Delivery Officer and will be responsible for designing E2E service solutions that include internal and external factors, managing all service pricing functions, and customer contract management.
• This role will involve collaborating with executives, associates and various stakeholders to align on strategy, business obligations and meeting customer expectations.
