Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
The Cultivation Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the Cultivation department, including Propagation (Clone / Seed), Vegetative Growth, Flowering, Harvest / Trim operations and Irrigation. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day operations - including environmental monitoring, irrigation, lighting and nutrient programs – aligned with National Cultivation standards and production goals. The Cultivation Manager provides strategic oversight and planning – collaborating with other departments – to drive plant health, improve efficiency and ultimately product quality. This role reports directly to the National Cultivation Manager with dotted line reporting to the Senior Production Manager (SPM) of the Middlefield facility.
