New Job Details Location : Sacramento, CADuration : ASAP- OngoingSchedule : Prefers full-time (will consider 4 days per week)Shift : M-F, 8a-5p or 4, 10-hour shifts per weekCall : NonePatient volume : 18- 20 ppd once ramped upScope : Outpatient primary care- If IM trained ages 18-100- If FP trained MUST be able to see ages 0-100EMR : Epic (experience required)Group / support : Full sub specialty supportRequirements (boards, license) : Board certified (board eligible if within 2 years of training), CA license, COVID vaccine and booster, must have PCP experience within 12 months, Epic experience, FIVE references (within any medical professional, post interview prior to offer).
