Fetch? is hiring : Visual Designer in Austin

Fetch is growing! We’re looking for a talented, passionate, and resourceful Visual Designer to implement and foster an upcoming rebrand… and beyond. You’ll work cross-functionally across marketing, product, sales, and executive teams to ensure Fetch’s new brand presence is cohesive, inspiring, differentiated, and trusted. We seek someone who sees the big picture and brings bold, elevated design thinking to every creative challenge.

This is an individual contributor role where you'll be the roll-up-your-sleeves kind of contributor with strong visual design and organizational skills. You'll be responsible for driving projects forward yourself as well as collaborating closely with colleagues throughout the process. While leadership is valued, the focus here is on individual execution and expertise, not managing a team, but managing stakeholder expectations.

Our ideal candidate is someone who has a portfolio of demonstrated brand stewardship and cultivation of new ideas, execution of said ideas, and actual work that is out in the wild. You have concrete examples of how you have managed multiple projects and stakeholders. This can be through agency work or in-house teams. This role will report directly to the Director of Product Design, and work closely with Marketing teams who focus on our residents (i.e. : those who live in Fetch-enabled properties), with a separate team focusing on clients (e.g. : property managers, building owners, builders, etc).

On a daily basis, you will be working on implementing our upcoming branding efforts across all channels and forms of content. As a result, you will then shift your focus to delivering visual design outcomes for Marketing, trade shows, physical print+swag, videos, social media, and all things digital that need visual design (e.g. : mobile and web).

What you’ll do :

Visual Brand Stewardship

• Own and evolve Fetch’s visual identity across all channels—from brand guidelines to execution
• Drive the look and feel of the brand with high standards for consistency, clarity, and creativity
• Ensure we show up with visual polish across web, social, events, and mobile touchpoints
• Serving as the company’s go-to visual design partner, balancing execution with strategic brand direction
• Translate brand goals into compelling creative strategies that differentiate us in the market
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership on campaigns, positioning, and visual storytelling
• Proactively evolve our visual brand systems to support scale, clarity, and innovation
