About The Position

Job Title : MS RN

Hours per Shift : 12

Experience : Minimum of 1 successful travel assignment; previous hospital RN experience preferred; coronary care experience required.

License : Current NY nursing license required.

Certifications : BLS required or must be obtained within 3 months of hire.

Must-Have :

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
• Ability to provide quality patient care
• Ability to assess patient's needs, including clinical, teaching, mental, and spiritual
• Recognition of safety issues for self and others
• Ability to assess and implement safe patient lifting and movement methods
• Capability to function well in stressful situations
• Strong creative problem-solving skills
• Leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate
• Willingness to assume duties as a charge nurse
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills

Description :

The position requires an RN who is comfortable floating to Med / Surg and PCU.

The nurse must possess thorough knowledge of nursing principles.
