Job descriptionFlexible Scheduling Competitive Compensation Career Advancement Opportunities Assemble pipe sections, tubing, or fittings, using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, soldering, brazing, or welding equipment Install pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances such as boilers, radiators, AC Units or heaters, using hand or power tools Ability to read / follow blueprints, layout and run own projects Plan the layout of HVAC units / piping, using drawings Perform maintenance of water supply systems Professionally interact with customers and clearly communicate work orders and statuses Experience with hot water, chilled, condenser water, steam and refrigeration piping systems Testing of piping systems with nitrogen, air and water OSHA 30 & SST Card FDNY G60 & F60 Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems Ability to handle HVAC / plumbing tools and equipment Must be legally able to work with necessary paperwork, if not please don’t apply
