Wholesale Mortgage Account Executive

Dominion Financial Services (DFS) is a mortgage originator for single family real estate. DFS originates two main loan products a short term bridge loan for fix & flip investors, and a long-term rental loan for landlords growing their rental portfolios. DFS is thriving in the current competitive environment and shows aggressive quarterly growth. Our current origination volume is $70MM per month. DFS is looking for a detail-oriented Wholesale Mortgage Account Executive to join our growing team.

As a Wholesale Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in creating, managing, and enhancing our mortgage sales efforts and initiatives with our wholesale mortgage broker clients. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for ensuring the strategic alignment of our mortgage sales goals with our business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with good industry knowledge, a strong technology background, and exceptional sales development skills.

In This Role You Will

  • Grow wholesale mortgage sales in designated market with non-QM products
  • Must be able to maintain $1,500,000 in monthly production
  • Must be able to successfully attract new and transition existing wholesale relationships to Dominion
  • Must be able to get "in the weeds" with broker clients and structure deals and problem solve
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in Finance, or related field. (preferred)
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in mortgage non-QM mortgage wholesale sales, with at least 5 years in mortgage industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading mortgage sales efforts and building wholesale partner relationships.
  • Thorough understanding of mortgage lending regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Experience with Encompass and Salesforce (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
