Senior Manager, Revenue Intelligence

The Senior Manager, Revenue Intelligence is an individual contributor responsible for executing revenue analytics and reporting projects that drive sales growth and retention. This hands-on role develops and delivers actionable insights, partnering with sales and enablement teams to optimize processes, reporting, and sales enablement activities. The Senior Manager ensures data-driven decision-making and the effective adoption of revenue intelligence and sales enablement best practices.
Execute revenue analytics and reporting initiatives, maintaining dashboards, reports, and forecasting tools. Analyze sales and revenue data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; provide recommendations to sales leaders. Partner with sales, enablement, and IT to ensure accuracy and usability of revenue intelligence and sales enablement tools and reporting platforms. Lead projects focused on advancing sales enablement platforms and capabilities, driving adoption and process improvement. Support project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables for analytics, enablement, and platform initiatives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure revenue intelligence and sales enablement inform pipeline management and sales effectiveness. Train and support sales teams on revenue intelligence and sales enablement tools, data interpretation, and best practices. Ensure timely, accurate, and actionable reporting to meet business needs. Perform other duties as assigned to support revenue intelligence and sales enablement.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in analytics, sales enablement, or revenue intelligence. Demonstrated experience in data analysis, reporting, dashboard management, and project leadership. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and communication skills. Proficiency with sales enablement platforms, revenue intelligence platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare or PBM industry. Project management or process improvement certification. Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, CRMa, SQL).
Education
Bachelor's degree required.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is : $67,900.00 - $199,144.00
