Must-Have :

• Experience with Adult Inpatient Rehab program
• Stroke facility experience is ideal
• Ability to problem-solve
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of care for neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients

Description :

The Physical Therapist provides direct patient care utilizing appropriate age-specific standards of practice for physical therapists regarding all patient populations served.

The Physical Therapist works independently and collaborates well with other team members to achieve patient-centered goals.

Candidates should possess a Physical Therapist Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience or a Master's / Doctorate degree acquired from a Commission on Accreditation of Physical Therapy accredited program.
