• Summary

We are seeking an Attorney to join our dynamic team at Keith D. Weiner & Associates. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing legal representation and advice to our clients, focusing on creditors' rights and related legal matters. Your contributions will directly impact our mission of delivering strong recoveries and maintaining the highest standards of client service.

• Responsibilities
• Represent clients in legal proceedings, including litigation and negotiations.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and client needs.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Advise clients on various legal issues related to creditors' rights and compliance matters.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective legal strategies for complex cases.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting creditors' rights.
• Requirements
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Proven experience in litigation and legal research is essential.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with Westlaw or similar legal research tools is preferred.
