We are looking to have a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Dementia Caregiver, Direct Care Attendant or Certified Medication Aide join our growing team. We have both FULL TIME and PART Time positions available primarily in DAY and OVERNIGHT shifts

CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), Dementia Care, Direct Care Responsibilities : Assist residents with activities of daily living and provide emotional supportProvide residents redirection and emotional support related to dementia needsAssist resident to engage and participate in dementia care programingMonitor and record residents' vital signs when requestedObserve and report resident change in conditionsMaintain accurate documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulationsCommunicate effectively with team members to ensure collaborative patient care.Additional Universal Worker tasks such as kitchen duties, basic housekeeping and as assigned.Certified Nursing Assistant / Dementia Care, Direct Care

Requirements : 2yr + Experience and passion working with Alzheimers & dementia care residentsPreferred Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), minimum 1 yearAble to pass a criminal history background check and may be subject to drug testing.Ability to communicate positively, professionally and effectively with family members, staff and visitorsKnowledge of EHR systems and medical documentationFamiliarity with HIPAA regulations and medical terminologyExperience in dementia care assisted living environment.Compensation details : 17-20 Hourly WagePI688732220203-29952-38911159 #True
