CapB is seeking a Salesforce Technology Sr. Architect for the financial services sector to lead solutions and pre-sales activities in North America, focusing on FS accounts. Candidates should possess strong technical skills, domain knowledge, and the ability to develop tangible propositions for clients on Salesforce Customer Management, including client and sales management, lead management, etc. The position is based in NYC, Chicago, or Atlanta, and offers a hybrid work model with 3 days onsite per week.

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for technical architecture, detailed design, and development on the Salesforce platform, both hands-on and as an SME.
• Manage application design and development from inception to production.
• Define and implement technological architecture and roadmaps using Salesforce products, adhering to best practices for development agility, performance, and security.
• Design, configure, code, and architect large-scale Salesforce solutions in complex environments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand needs, identify process models, and develop solution architecture.
• Coach and mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and security.
• Provide technical expertise for the integration of digital solutions.
• Contribute to architectural project plans and resource estimates.
• Assist in planning for technical architecture-related change initiatives.
