Job descriptionRN Medical / Surgical position at MercyOne Dyersville Medical Center Located in Dyersville, Iowa Contract length : 13 weeks Every third weekend required BLS certification required License / Certificate Verification required NIHSS certification required Iowa's Criminal History, Sex Offender, Dependent Adult & Child Abuse Registries check required Federal, Nationwide, County Criminal background check required Every third weekend Standard shifts as per facility requirements Unit details specific to medical / surgical nursing practices All engaged contractors must have page 27 signed form on file in Trinity VMS Proof of vaccine, declination or exemption required Must have 1st vaccination in series prior to start; 2nd shot in series 30 days later; 3rd shot in series 6 months later
