Mechanic Floater Waste Water

Shift : 7 : 00 AM-7 : 00 PM

Hourly Rate : $28.52 an hour

A Day in the Life of a Mechanic Floater :

Onsite Waseca, MN Facility Full-time Mechanic Role, reporting to the Maintenance Manager. You will be responsible for operation, general service, routine overhaul, troubleshooting, and maintenance on multiple unit operations. Be completed following GMP guidelines to ensure products produced meet quality and food safety requirements.

You Will :

• Have Waste Water Experience.
• Have an operational knowledge of wastewater machinery. Can teach others the Theory of Operations for their unit ops.
• Prepare and set up wastewater equipment for operation at the start of shift.
• Conduct Clean, Inspect, Lube (CIL's) on assigned unit ops for signs of malfunctions (temp, smells, changes in performance, atypical energy usage), including visual inspections, listening for irregular noises, and conducting scheduled testing.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and overhaul service of wastewater machinery.
• Lead the rebuild efforts during the offseason.
