Job Description

Manage the day-to-day operations of ground-up construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to maintain smooth workflows. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies on-site. Oversee quality control measures to deliver projects that meet or exceed client expectations. Maintain thorough documentation of project progress, changes, and milestones. Communicate effectively with the project team to address challenges and implement solutions promptly. Conduct site inspections to ensure all work aligns with design specifications and standards. Support the development and mentorship of junior team members on-site.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - Ground Up should have :

  • Proven expertise in managing ground-up construction projects in the property industry.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage on-site teams and subcontractors effectively.
  • Deep understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage project documentation and stakeholder interactions.
  • Familiarity with sectors such as healthcare, aviation, or mission-critical facilities is a plus.
