Vice President of Safety

A company is looking for a Vice President of Safety, Security & Business Continuity to lead enterprise-wide strategies that protect its people, assets, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the enterprise safety, security, and business continuity strategy across all operations

Conduct risk assessments and manage incident and claim processes

Implement cybersecurity protocols and maintain a comprehensive business continuity framework

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Risk Management, Emergency Management, or a related field (Master's preferred)

10+ years of progressive leadership experience in safety, security, risk management, or business continuity

Strong knowledge of OSHA, ADA, NFPA, FEMA, and relevant safety regulations

Proven success in developing enterprise-level safety and crisis response programs

Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and digital incident management
