The mission of Pinecrest Supports and Services Center is to support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to reach treatment goals and to return to more integrated community living settings. Pinecrest Supports and Services Center specializes in the treatment of people with comorbid intellectual and developmental disabilities and complex medical, behavioral and psychiatric support needs.
We are seeking a dedicated and hard-working Administrative Assistant 4 to assist and play a vital part in the day-to-day operations of the LDH Area Maintenance Department.

Minimum Qualifications :
Three years of experience in administrative services.EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION : Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.Job Specification :

Job Duties and Other Information :
Serve as primary administrative support personnel to Facility Maintenance Manager C (FMMC).Serve as a liaison between supervisor and staff members.Attend meetings to insure department is in compliance with Office of Risk Management Loss Prevention guidelines.Manage supervisor's calendar by coordinating meetings, conferences and seminars into his schedule.Exercise independent judgment to handle routine department matters.Print, sort and distribute Request for Maintenance (FPS-018) work orders.Answer Maintenance Department calls to appropriate personnel, dispatch appropriate maintenance personnel and take messages as needed.Complete all secretarial duties as requested by the FMMC.Maintain the equipment Preventable Maintenance Program for equipment located on the PSSC grounds.Prepare Employee Administration forms such as Position Descriptions (SF-3), Request to Fill a Vacancy (HR-2), etc.Maintain department personnel files and position control data.Position-Specific Details :
