Job Responsibilities :

• Minimum of 2-3 Years experience in asphalt construction
• Ability to perform general labor tasks related to asphalt construction, i.e. shovel, rake, sweep, flag, etc.
• Ability and / or willingness to learn to operate any of the equipment related to placing and compacting asphalt, i.e. paver, rollers, etc.
• Ability to get along with others on a 5 or more-person crew
• Ability to perform all job requirements safely
• All other tasks assigned
