Construction Site Contracts Manager
We are seeking a dynamic Contracts / Procurement Agent with a focus on AI Reporting to join our team. This role supports the procurement team by managing purchasing activities, vendor coordination, and contract administration with a special emphasis on AI-driven reporting and analytics.
Responsibilities :
- Support the procurement team by managing purchasing activities, vendor coordination, and contract administration with a special emphasis on AI-driven reporting and analytics.
- Assist in tendering, RFQs, and contract administration under the guidance of senior staff.
- Maintain accurate purchase orders, supplier records, and compliance documentation.
- Combine traditional procurement responsibilities with data-driven insights, leveraging AI tools to improve visibility, efficiency, and decision-making across the procurement lifecycle.
- Use AI-powered tools and reporting platforms to generate procurement dashboards, spend analysis, and performance metrics.
- Automate routine reporting tasks to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in procurement data using AI-driven insights.
- Support continuous improvement by translating AI findings into actionable recommendations for the procurement team.
Essential Skills :
Contracts administration and management with a focus on construction procurement.AI reporting and analytics skills.0-2 years of experience in a related field.High school diploma or GED with a computing background.Additional Skills & Qualifications :
Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively.Proficiency in working with cross-functional teams.Continuous learning mindset with an interest in procurement best practices and emerging AI technologies.Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control.Familiarity with AI tools, reporting platforms, or business intelligence solutions such as Power BI, Tableau, or AI-enhanced ERP modules.Further education or certification in procurement, supply chain, or data analytics is an asset.Work Environment :
This position is 100% remote, providing flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere. There may be a chance for extension in the future.

Pay and Benefits :
The pay range for this position is $39.00 - $49.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
