As a Hospice Home Health Aide, You Will Provide Essential, Hands-on Care, Ensuring Dignity And Well-being For Our Patients. Under The Guidance Of a Registered Nurse, Your Daily Impact Will Include

• Personal Care & Comfort : Assisting with personal hygiene, mobility (ambulation and transfers), and promoting overall patient well-being.
• Patient Monitoring : Diligently reporting any changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Supportive Environment : Performing light housekeeping, preparing meals, and ensuring a safe, healthful, and comforting home environment.

Fully accredited by The Joint Commission, we offer a full range of services including 24 / 7 / 365 Emergency Department and Level IV Trauma Center, hospitalist program, testing, surgery, orthopedics, rehabilitation, and more so that you can experience better health.

Pay Range

$19.24 - $24.85 / hour
