Job descriptionCompetitive base pay plus commission opportunities Supportive, team-focused atmosphere where you'll feel valued Expert training in customer service, sales, and leadership to help you grow Goal-setting program with contests to keep workdays exciting and competitive Flexible scheduling ideal for students and busy lifestyles Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals Provide professional, upbeat customer consultations Consult customers on skincare, wellness, sunbed, and spray tanning options, and educate them on the Golden Rules of Tanning while following all company and legal guidelines Maintain a clean and organized salon environment Handle cash transactions and oversee opening / closing duties Complete daily administrative tasks and track goals High school diploma or equivalent At least 18 years old Retail, customer service, or sales experience helpful but not required Ability to stand, bend, and walk up to 7 hours per day Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
