Microsoft 365 Migration Engineer

A company is looking for a Microsoft Multi-Tenant Organization and Cross Tenant Migration Customer Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Guide enterprise customers through the end-to-end cross-tenant migration lifecycle, including readiness assessment, planning, coexistence design, and post-migration support

Facilitate technical workshops and strategy sessions to evaluate current tenant architecture and develop tailored coexistence models

Provide architectural guidance on identity strategy, domain transfer planning, mail flow design, and hybrid / coexistence scenarios

Required Qualifications

15+ years of IT experience required

7+ years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments, focusing on tenant migrations or multi-tenant organization architectures

Strong understanding of identity, collaboration, and mail flow in Microsoft 365

Experience conducting customer-facing workshops and guiding large-scale transformation initiatives

Familiarity with cross-tenant coexistence planning and Teams migration scenarios
