Producing IT Recruiting Manager – Midtown Manhattan
We are seeking an experienced Producing Recruiting Manager to lead and grow a high-performing team of IT recruiters. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for managing a team of up to 10 recruiters while actively driving full-cycle recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of junior to senior-level IT recruiters.
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, ensuring a seamless process from sourcing to onboarding.
Implement best practices and establish metrics to drive quality and efficiency across recruitment operations.
Deliver regular updates and reports to senior management on recruiting activity, pipeline status, and team performance.
Partner with stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
Qualifications :
7–10 years of IT recruiting experience, with proven success in both hands-on recruiting and team leadership.
Demonstrated ability to hire, train, and mentor recruiters at varying levels of experience.
Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment tools, and performance metrics.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
