As the

Builder Network Manager, US , you'll be the key figure in managing and growing Base's online builder communities. You will engage with developers and creators across platforms like Discord, Twitter, Reddit, Telegram, and Farcaster. You will also be responsible for facilitating live events, grant programs, and content creation, all aimed at nurturing and expanding the Base ecosystem.

Community Management :

Lead and grow Base’s cross-platform builder communities (e.g., Discord, Twitter, Reddit, Telegram, Farcaster).

Grant Programs :

Create and manage community-driven grant programs to support builders.

Live Events & Content Creation :

Host live events, manage online spaces, and develop engaging content for the community.

Support Channels :

Act as the primary point of contact for builders, managing support channels and resolving issues.

Feedback Synthesis :

Collect and synthesize community feedback to drive product development.

Public Ambassador :

Represent and act as the public face of Base, sharing its mission and values.

What We Look For

Experience :

8+ years of experience in technology and crypto, particularly in leading and scaling community-driven projects.

Operational experience within a crypto startup or project.

Proven ability to manage and grow teams and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Community Expertise :

Deep connectivity with and understanding of the onchain builder community.

Active social media presence with an established following, particularly on crypto-related platforms.

Skills :

Exceptional communication skills, comfortable with public speaking and hosting live events.

A growth-oriented mindset with the ability to work as a self-starter, pushing boundaries for community development.
