Project and Manufacturing Engineers

Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Project and Manufacturing Engineer role based in Burlington, WA. With a focus on continuous improvement, they pride themselves on maintaining excellence at every stage of their manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the development, improvement, and validation of high-volume automated manufacturing processes.
• Track and report on yields, scrap, and OEE; lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Execute process development and continuous improvement initiatives under the direction of leadership.
• Apply SPC (Statistical Process Control), DOE (Design of Experiments), Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies to drive efficiency and quality.
• Develop and maintain PFMEA, control plans, SOPs, SWIs, and Value Stream Maps (VSM).
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support projects with a focus on timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Troubleshoot automation, robotics, and plant controls, including PLCs (Control Logix).
• Provide coaching and training to teammates, fostering a culture of problem solving and accountability.
