Our comprehensive programs include ABA therapy, communication training, daily living skills training, social skills development, school-readiness preparation, and parent education.

We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Behavior Therapist (RBT) to join our team in Garland, Texas, and surrounding areas. This is a part-time position with long-term growth potential. Because of the meaningful nature of the work, we are looking for team members committed to building a career in the field seasonal or short-term applicants will not be considered.

  • Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver ABA therapy services under the direct supervision of a BCBA
  • Implement individualized treatment plans and skill-acquisition programs
  • Prepare and organize therapy materials
  • Collect accurate and timely behavioral data to monitor client progress
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to model strategies and provide support
  • Ensure documentation and session notes meet clinical and insurance standards
  • Attend staff meetings, trainings, and participate in ongoing professional development
  • Qualifications

  • Education : High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Certification :
  • Preferred : Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

  • Not certified yet? ABA Squad provides paid training and support to help you earn your RBT credential before your first client session
  • Transportation : Valid driver's license and auto insurance (required)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team

  • Competitive Pay : $20.00 $29.00 per hour, based on experience and certification
  • RBT Certification Assistance : We cover the cost and provide full support for the RBT credentialing process
