Our comprehensive programs include ABA therapy, communication training, daily living skills training, social skills development, school-readiness preparation, and parent education.

We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Behavior Therapist (RBT) to join our team in Garland, Texas, and surrounding areas. This is a part-time position with long-term growth potential. Because of the meaningful nature of the work, we are looking for team members committed to building a career in the field seasonal or short-term applicants will not be considered.

Deliver ABA therapy services under the direct supervision of a BCBAImplement individualized treatment plans and skill-acquisition programsPrepare and organize therapy materialsCollect accurate and timely behavioral data to monitor client progressCollaborate with parents and caregivers to model strategies and provide supportEnsure documentation and session notes meet clinical and insurance standardsAttend staff meetings, trainings, and participate in ongoing professional developmentQualifications
Education : High school diploma or equivalent (required)Certification :Preferred : Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
Not certified yet? ABA Squad provides paid training and support to help you earn your RBT credential before your first client sessionTransportation : Valid driver's license and auto insurance (required)Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating with a teamPassion for helping children and familiesCompensation & Benefits for Part-Time RBTs
