💰 Pay : $30 - $35 per hour, based on experience

United Trades of America is looking for an experienced Paving Operator Foreman to join our team in Hueytown, AL . This leadership position requires an individual who is highly skilled in operating asphalt paver machines and has the ability to manage and lead the paving crew to success. Key Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of operators and laborers on various paving projects.
• Operate asphalt paver machines with precision and ensure smooth operations.
• Perform grading work to ensure proper alignment, slope, and smooth surfaces.
• Operate motor graders (a plus) to maintain the right grading for paving operations.
• Communicate with supervisors to monitor project progress and ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform safety checks and maintain a safe working environment for the team.
• Perform minor equipment maintenance to keep machines running smoothly.

Required Qualifications :

🔹 Minimum 3 years of experience operating asphalt paver machines.

🔹 Ability to perform grading work and an understanding of site grading principles.

🔹 Experience in operating a motor grader is a big plus.

🔹 Strong leadership and communication skills to guide the crew.

🔹 Ability to work in varying weather conditions and physical environments.
