Job Summary

Assists the Loans Servicing and Originations processes by handling various general tasks assigned by Operational Support. May review calls and / or customer accounts to ensure Exeter complies with State and Federal regulations.

Job Duties

• Review identified accounts to ensure proper compliance with State and Federal regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues by providing necessary information and supporting team members.
• Ensure all operational tasks are completed within deadlines, and alert supervisors of any delays or issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle all tasks in a professional manner.
• Identify and report any issues to management promptly.
• Maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of Exeter's policies and procedures, as well as, state and federal laws.
• Other duties as assigned.
